To ensure availability for all clients, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows me to protect the time reserved specifically for you and accommodate other clients whenever possible.
